Privacy policy
TriCares GmbH collects and processes your personal data in accordance with the legal data protection regulations and this privacy policy. Below, we inform you about the nature, scope, and purpose of the collection and the use of personal data.
Server Log Files
When accessing our website, your internet browser automatically transmits data to our web server for technical reasons. This includes the date and time of access, the URL of the referring website, the requested file, the amount of data transmitted, the browser type and version, the operating system of the accessing computer, and its IP address. The storage is done separately from other data that you may enter as part of using our web offer. If necessary, we use the log files to troubleshoot technical problems or to investigate legal violations and crimes. If we evaluate the data for statistical purposes, this is done exclusively after prior anonymization by truncating the IP address and reducing further information that could allow conclusions about the visitor. Therefore, it is not possible for us to assign the data sets to identifiable persons in this context.
Master and Inventory Data
If a contractual relationship between you and us is to be established, substantively defined, or changed, we collect and process your personal data only to the extent necessary to fulfill the business purposes. Data transfer to third parties or processing outside the European Economic Area (EEA) is only permitted in compliance with the applicable data protection provisions of the EU. All resulting requirements and measures are followed and complied with in such cases by us or any involved third parties.
Usage Data
To enable the use of our online offer or to charge for any paid offers, we collect and process personal data as necessary. This includes characteristics to identify the user, information on the start and end of the use, and its extent. For the purpose of designing our online offer according to needs, we may create and evaluate usage profiles using pseudonyms. We may not and will not combine these usage profiles with data about the bearer of the pseudonym. You have the right to object to the use of your data.
Data Disclosure
In the event of a request by an authorized entity, we may and must provide information about the aforementioned data on a case-by-case basis. This exception applies when necessary for purposes of criminal prosecution, averting danger, fulfilling legal tasks of the constitutional protection authorities or the Military Counterintelligence Service, as well as enforcing the claims of rights holders.
Security of Processing
To protect your personal data and to ensure IT security, we have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures. These measures are regularly reviewed for their effectiveness and compared with the state of the art.
Contact Form
If you send us an inquiry via the contact form, your information from these forms will be stored and processed by us for processing purposes. Our site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content.
Internet Service Providers
Hosting and Domain
Our website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, which also manages domain administration.
Email Dispatch
Our email server is operated by Microsoft in their cloud. In this context, the company also processes personal data on our behalf that arises in the course of communication. The companies ensure high standards of IT security and are obligated to comply with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other national data protection laws. If the aforementioned service providers involve other third parties in providing their service packages, it is up to the respective company to ensure that all legal requirements are met. Compliance with these requirements has been contractually agreed upon and reviewed prior to assignment.
Services of Third-Party Providers
To make our online presence more convenient and continuously improve it, we also use services from third-party providers. In doing so, personal data may be collected for us or transferred to these service providers for processing through applied mechanisms. We have carefully selected all parties involved in the processing and contractually ensured their compliance with data protection regulations. We also review compliance at regular intervals.
Application
In principle, your application documents will be processed and stored with us for a maximum of six months after receipt for decision-making purposes. During this processing, we will decide on an employment offer and provide you with available vacancies. If you give us your consent to store your data beyond this, we will contact you with open vacancies as needed until revocation. You may give this consent orally or in writing. Consent is voluntary and is not evaluated; you can revoke this consent at any time. The following channels are available for application:
Email
If you submit your application by email, please note that an email is generally not encrypted, and your data may therefore be accessed by third parties. If you wish to submit your data in encrypted form, please attach your documents as an encrypted and password-protected ZIP file to the email and provide us with the password by phone. Instructions can be found at: https://it-news-blog.com/?p=1951
Postal Service
Submission by postal service is also possible but is not the preferred method on our part. If you apply via postal service, we will return your documents to you in case of rejection.
Rights of the Data Subject
As a data subject, you have the right to request information from us about the data stored about you and its origin. Upon request, the information can also be provided electronically. Furthermore, you have the right to request correction as well as deletion or blocking of the data stored about you. Consents given by the data subject, such as for newsletter dispatch or permanent storage of personal data, can be revoked at any time with effect for the future. The data subject also has the right to object to the dissemination of their data and to request the release of the data in a common, machine-readable format. Failure to comply with the data subject's rights constitutes a violation of data protection regulations and may be sanctioned by the supervisory authority. Data subjects have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Data Deletion
We delete data after the purpose has been fulfilled, taking into account retention periods and the rights of the data subject, unless a legitimate interest on our part or another legal provision opposes longer retention.
